Buddhism discussion in English for beginners and youths.

The sessions starts at 5PM by taking 5 precepts and with the Metta (loving-kindness) meditation. Then any aspects of Buddhism that the attendees are interested can be discussed or a discourse (sutta) from the Tipitaka can be discussed.

Attendees may also arrive at 6PM if this is more convenient as the session will end at 7PM. Here is the program:

    5:00 PM Start with 5 precepts and metta meditation
    5:30 PM Buddhism discussion
    6:30 PM Metta meditation if time permits
    7:00 PM End
