Bhikkhuvagga - The Bhikkhu or Mendicant Monk : There is no concentration to one who lacks wisdom, nor is there wisdom to him who lacks concentration. In whom are both concentration and wisdom, he, indeed, is in the presence of Nibbãna. Dhammapada Verse 372.
